Monday to saturday from 3 to 6pm, gowings bar delivers sips n’ snacks — a precisely timed window of $10 sips, $5 snacks, and one very good excuse to cancel whatever was meant to come next. Drinks are poured with intent (martinis included), snacks are small but decisive and the bar knows how to carry an afternoon. For those who prefer their decisions made for them, the filthy good trio takes centre stage: a cheeseburger, fries, and a filthy sip martini for $35. it’s oh so direct, a little indulgent, and unapologetically satisfying.
